Plantation Management
Statewide Forest Services have the Tasmanian plantation management sector covered.
- Forest practice plans
- Value adding to the standing maturing plantation
- A range of purpose built machinery
- A task orientated labour force of 80
- Contracted plantation management skills to all silvicultural companies
- Dedicated operational supervisors
- Formally trained operational supervisors in the Forest Practices Code and accompanying legislations.
- Fire Management (sector commander) training; to protect the investments we are producing.
